Our Process

Receiving an order for a custom build computer

We receive your order

As soon as you place your order, we assign your build to one of our expert builders and we begin gathering parts for your build.

Our expert craftsmen hand-build your PC

Once your parts are gathered, one of our expert craftsmen builds your PC by hand. We optimize for airflow and cooling making sure your PC is optimized from the get-go.

Testing the final system before it gets shipped out

Extensive QA testing

We test your PC extensively before it ships out. Our 50 point inspection includes a full stress test and installing all necessary drivers. We never install bloatware.

We insure your PC and send it out!

We pack your PC with interior packing foam and ship out your PC. We insure each shipment so that you’re fully covered. We ship with UPS, FedEx, CANPAR and Purolator.
